Flexed Feet
Landings of Skills- Chest Angle and Extra Steps

Extra Swings, Pauses, or Breaks in Rhythm
Beginning an Exercise Before the Judge's Signal or Failure to Present After Exercise
Defined as: Elements/Series which are required for each event
Bar Routine Requirements
• Superior Release
• 360 degree clear hip circle, stalder circle, or pike sole circle that ends in a clear support
• Kip
• Handstand
• Superior Dismount
Beam Routine Requirements
• 360 degree turn on foot
• Acro Flight
• Acro Series
• Superior Dismount
• Dance Series
Floor Routine Requirements
• 180 degree twist in tumbling
• 3 Acro Passes
• Superior Acro in the 3rd Pass (or as last acro element)
• Turn on one foot of at least Superior difficulty
• Dance Series that includes both a Superior and a leap
